Terms of the contract

1. The rental payment is made quarterly. 2. Rates are seasonal, published on our portal. 3. Early Termination of the contract will require 1/3rd of the contract period payment i.e. for 12 Month Contract 4 Months rent has to be paid.   4. Payments are non-refundable. 5. All correspondence will be directed to our email info@mosaicoresidance.com
6. Rental contract will be registered at Portal das Finance within 7 working days.

7. Provide a clear copy of your Passport and NIF for the contract details.
